The turn around time for custom work is significantly longer than ordering an existing design, but the end results are worth ever second.

A minimum of 6-8 weeks to work in advance of your official mailing date will be required.

Week 1 - Telephone consultation and quotation
Week 2-4 - Design and approval process
Weeks 5-8 - Print, assembly and delivery

how it works

All projects begin with a phone consultation, to discuss the style you envision and go over some important details that will help bring your concept to reality.

Three to four days after the consultation you’ll receive a quote for your project(s). If the quote is accepted a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to begin the design commission, and an one-on-one consultation is set up for the finer details. Preferably this should be in person, but it can be done telephonically.

After this, your design process begins and you can expect online pdfs or jpegs to be emailed to you for review. Once the concept is approved a paper proof of your designs will be sent or presented to you for final approval*.

Upon your approval the remaining balance will be required to initiate the final print run and assembly of your pieces. Two weeks later your completed, beautiful pieces will be on their way to you.

*Please note some pieces cannot be sent to you as they will appear when fully finished or printed.
